Prices:

• January, February, March €70,- per night +1 time €80,= cleaning costs 

• April and May €80,= per night +80,= cleaning costs 

• June, July and August €90,= per night + €80,= cleaning costs 

• September, October  €80,= per night + €80,= cleaning costs 

• November and December €70,- per night +  €80,= cleaning costs 

Minimum stay is 7 nights,
Pets are alowed  extra costs €75,= per stay 

For bookings for 30 nights or longer there is a 30% discount and prices for long term rentals are negotiable.
